Yash Chopra has signed Madhuri Dixit to play a mom in his next film.
According to Bollywood Grapevine, the Chopras were looking for a
high-profile actress to star opposite the charismatic Amitabh Bachchan. Their
first choice was Sridevi. But the role wasn't meaty enough for the
Thunder Thighs to contemplate a comeback. So they decided to approach
Madhuri. Madhuri plays Uday Chopra's mom in the film.
But guess what Madhuri told Yash Chopra on accepting the role. She
gushed that she is excited at the thought of finally sharing screen space
with her idol, the Big B
